What were you doing 10 years ago? Bet it doesn’t feel like so long ago, does it? 10 years is nothing. And this is not some scary, uncontrollable problem that no one can fight. This is something preventable by nothing more (or less) than lifestyle choices. What you eat, how you spend your time, how you manage your stress. That’s it. How you make those decisions will put you in one of two categories. In ten years, which side of this battle will you be on?

And if you read the explanation by Dr. Mercola, he describes what he calls his “Peak Fitness Program” that sound a lot like what Mark Sisson talk about in his book, The Primal Blueprint” and on his blog, www.marksdailyapple.com.
