We need to walk 10,000 steps a day.  As soon as the weather warms up a bit, lets start walking on the weekend.  Check back for times and locations, or you can email me to put you on the list to be notified as soon as we make plans.  It’s fun to get out in the nice weather, chat with friends and get some great exercise!
