Our generation created the cliche of being “sick and tired of being sick and tired”, and that was where I used to be.  I spent most of my life being sick, sometimes acutely, until I got so frustrated about feeling badly that I started searching for my own answers.

Now I love being able to share what I’ve learned and hopefully help make eating healthy easier.  I have been cooking, baking, and eating gluten-free and dairy-free for over thirty years, sugar-free for the past several years, and most recently I have turned my attention to grain-free/low-carb food.  It isn’t as difficult as you might think – it just takes a bit of thought and preparation, and I can help with that!

I am available for private consultations as well as group events.

I enjoy getting together with groups and talking about living a healthier lifestyle.  So many of us are in the process towards better health and I think it’s a lot easier, and way more fun, to share our adventures and help each other along the way.  Come join us at a Healthy Priorities class!  Or do you already have a group of people who are needing some motivation?  Healthy eating tips?  Want to learn how to eat a gluten-free diet?  Let me know if I can help!
