Although the majority of the information you will find on this website is celebrating healthy food, I also am including bits and pieces of information that I have found helpful, interesting, maybe even inspirational.  What we eat is so important, but we also need to focus on fitness, health and wellness, our environment, stress management , etc.  A healthy life is a balanced life, so this is the place where you will find information to help create that balance.  As we have been known to say….. it all matters!
